Portuguese version of the Code launched

The official Portuguese translation of the Shenzhen Code, the current edition of the International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants, authorized by IAPT, was launched on 27 November in São Paulo, Brazil.
It is translated by Carlos Bicudo, Jefferson Prado, and Regina Hirai from the Instituto de Botânica, São Paulo.
This book provides access to the important rules of the scientific naming of hundreds of thousands of organisms for researchers and students in Portuguese-speaking countries.
